Refund policy

Under UK consumer regulations, retail customers have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can assess your claim.

Once your claim has been verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Returned Items Must Be

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
